When attempting to load SuperNova 12, no splash screen appears and SuperNova does not load
With SuperNova 12 set to run automatically, or by starting it manually, the Supernova splash screen does not appear and SuperNova fails to load. Looking in the Windows Task Manager under the Processes tab reveals the SuperNova process is not starting.

When attempting to perform a “Read from Here” in a Microsoft Word document, the speech simply announces “Reading finished” and does not read any of the text within the document. Additionally, Supernova’s “Quick Navigation” keys do not work, for example pressing CAPS LOCK + H does not move to the next heading within the document, even though a heading is present.
