When composing an email message in Windows Live Mail 2011 using a version 11 Dolphin Access product including Hal, Supernova or LunarPlus, the speech announces “Blank Line” when typing characters.

There is limited speech support in Microsoft Office 2010 64-bit editions. Notably, document text may not be spoken, and 'Read from Here' does not read document text and simply announces "Reading Finished".
The Automatic Dolphin Cursor and Item Finder fail to work following the installation of Trusteer Rapport software
Some online banking sites including Natwest, Alliance and Leicester and Royal Bank of Scotland prompt users to install a piece of software called “Rapport” from “Trusteer”. Following the installation of this software, the Dolphin Cursor no longer turns on automatically when loading a web page in Internet Explorer, and the Item Finder also fails to work.
It is not possible to change the magnification size at the Windows logon screen using the F7 and F8 keys.
When you press F7 or F8 at the Windows logon screen, the magnification remains at the same size. Clicking on the “Increase” and “Decrease” magnification buttons with the mouse adjusts the size correctly.

There is limited speech support in Microsoft Word 2010 Starter Edition, a reduced-functionality edition of Microsoft Word 2010. This includes document text not being spoken or tracked.

Text smoothing does not work in Windows Live 2011 applications including Windows Live Messenger 2011 and Windows Live Mail 2011. The result of this is that onscreen text can be difficult to read when magnified.
There are DOLPHINTEXT tags being inserted into emails being sent from web mail in Internet Explorer
After sending an email from a web mail site (for example Hotmail or Google Mail) there are DOLPHINTEXT tags appearing in the recipient’s message
The magnification moves or jumps to unexpected areas of the screen
When the mouse is being moved, or when typing, sometimes the magnification moves to a different area of the screen, for example the top left hand corner. This can appear to cause a "jumping" effect.

The speech is reading very little text on the screen on an HP computer. The status bar of the Supernova Control Panel always states Explorer.exe regardless of which application is being used. Sometimes the speech announces “Draw OSD” when navigating around the screen.

Windows 10 comes with a new default web browser called Microsoft Edge. Microsoft Edge will eventually replace Internet Explorer in the future. But, at the moment, Microsoft Edge does not render web pages in an accessible form. This means that SuperNova and, at the time of this article’s publication, all other Assistive Technology companies are unable to display content in the browser window in a fully accessible way. Microsoft is working on a framework to provide accessibility to Microsoft Edge in the future.
